Hi Nick – I don’t have any clever ideas, but I can feedback that I reference the Smarterhomes website regularly and I refer householders to it regularly. In my view, the right thing to do, would be to consider removing the site only when they actually have the alternative up and running, and when there is approval that the alternative is a valid replacement for the current. To remove the website before any alternative is available and without consideration, would seem to self serving, not householder serving. Hope this is of some help? Nik
