Hi Guys,
We sometimes advise considering 100 -150mm Nova coil field drains are installed around the pad’s perimeter and back filled with gravel. A 1:10 run off is required to get the water to drain away to a swail or a storm drain, Installing polythene and polystyrene around the pads edge can also help. Pulling up the carpet and running radiant heating with a dehumidifier may help dry out the top of the pad but this will take time and energy. It’s a tricky one for sure as there’s no solid way to tackle it in my experience.
