    Hi practitioners
    Christian from EECA has just sent me a copy of a report they commissioned Vicki White at BRANZ to write – it extracts a bit more of the value of the House Condition Survey. Focus is energy efficiency data. So covers hot water, lighting and appliances, technology and appliances – not heating.
