    Hi, Im interested in what other members think in relation to Ventilation in Apartments.
    I find the Tenancy services Standard is a bit obscure.
    An example would be the property I inspected today.
    Tiny little bedsit on the second floor of a Apartment. Recirculating Fan over the stove.
    Also in the same area a washing machine with a line that pulls out over the only windows on the inside.
    I would say it was a fail…..but it would be fairly difficult for the property owner to install a fan because of Apartments on either side.
    Any thoughts?
