You’re invited to the 2014 ECO DESIGN ADVISORS OPEN DAY, to be held on Friday 8 August 2014 at Pelorus Trust Sports House, 93 Hutt Park Road, Seaview, Lower Hutt City, Wellington. Thanks to Hutt City Council for hosting the day.
Topics to be covered include: health problems associated with living in NZ homes; fuel poverty; update on the proposed rental housing Warrant of Fitness; dealing with internal moisture problems; asbestos in existing homes; and opportunities for working together to solve some of these issues.
Our guest speakers will present their latest information and have been selected from a range of New Zealand government organisations and private sector researchers.
Our previous ECO DESIGN ADVISORS Conferences have attracted local government staff, community organisations, building professionals and researchers. The Eco Design Advisor Network runs these days to spread information and encourage the uptake of ecologically sustainable and healthy home design.
