Good Afternoon and a very Happy New Year.
We are contacting you as an organisation or individual who may be interested in research related to the BRANZ House Condition Survey (HCS).
The HCS has been run by BRANZ approximately every five years since 1994.
The survey aims to provide insight into the condition of New Zealand’s housing stock at a point in time. It involves a detailed assessment of around 500 houses throughout the country and records a wide range of information about the physical characteristics and condition of the dwelling.
BRANZ has typically produced Study Reports and BUILD articles summarising some of the key findings and results from each round of the survey.
With the latest HCS completed in 2016, we would like to take this opportunity to review our approach to reporting on the findings.
To help us better understand the interests and priorities of our key stakeholders, we would like to invite you to take part in a short survey. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and all responses will be confidential.
